Tina
Tina has been my best friend since the 6th grade. We've been pretty much inseparable since then. We've been through a lot together - broken hearts, drama, awkward stages, success and failures. She's been there for me through it all and I couldn't have asked for a better best friend to be beside me since middle school. I've missed her so much the last two years and I love that we've gotten to spend more time together the last 3 months.
Tina has been wavering on the idea of cutting her hair really short and she finally did it the other week when we were out together. I think it looks great! She was a little shocked at first but she's starting to get used to it. :)
Thank you, Tina, for making my world a whole lot brighter.

Tamaraw Beach.
My family took one last trip to the beach before my parents move back to the States for a year. I grew up going to this beach and it was so fun to be back again. It was also really fun to have time with my family before I leave for the States soon. Here are a few pictures of my family on our vacation.
Ems and I decided it was time for us to try balut, a Filipino delicacy. It is an almost fully developed chick egg boiled. We ate it with salt and vinegar. It was ... interesting.
At the beach there are several vendors selling jewelry and other souvenirs to make their living.
Some of the sons of the vendors were doing back flips off the sand. I was nervous they were going to break their necks, but they didn't seem to worry at all.
Our first day at the beach, we walked over to White Beach, where they have a ton of tourist attractions and shopping.
This guy may have been my favorite.
And a few more.
And a stop at the market on the way home.

A Ride Home
I took these photos on our drive back to Manila from Rizal. They are taken from my seat in the car as we drove past these views. I wished I could have gotten out and actually taken some real pictures, but it would have taken too long to do that every other minute. I figured I'd rather have a picture taken from a car than no picture at all. I used the lens Ethan got me for Christmas that I LOVE. Here are some of the shots from the gorgeous drive.
